Avoid their vehicles

Purchased brakes and drove the car approx. 4000 miles in 1 yr & 39 days. They have a 12/12 warranty so the brakes started squeaking 39 days to late. However, a TSB came out 7 months before and Audi says they have no responsibility to inform customers. I complained at the dealership and Audi USA in Michigan. The solution they presented to me was to repurchase $1200 worth of parts to resolve the issue at a 50% reduction in cost. Did I mention none of their technicians heard the noise but they were able to diagnose the problem and tell us we needed new brakes and pads without knowing exactly what the problem was. I am fit to be tied but I do have an extended warranty and will never use an Audi dealer for any maintenance again.
