Horrible!!! Avoid this place! They charged us $1800 and withdrew funds immediately after telling us we were getting a "discount". They ruined our Christmas and the manager John was so rude and unprofessional!!! Alana, the girl who rented us the car, told us she could give us the "upgraded car" for $44 per day then failed to explain she added in a $50 upgrade fee per day. We returned the car within 2 days and were informed by John that the $1800 would be refunded immediately....yet another lie. 2 days later and still no refund! We also asked for the video of when we rented the car and John informed us he would email it to us but of course didn't follow through. We got into California at 11 pm after traveling for 4 hours with a 2 year old. This company is completely ridiculous and should be shut down!!! And of course when you try to contact corporate they inform us to write them lol. When we returned the car the charged another $600, so basically we paid $2400 for 2 day rental. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!
