I went into the store on March 3,2020 to have a nail removed from a tire (I purchased the tires from Discount Tire. When they took my tire off, they said I had a cracked rim and I needed to purchase a new rim. I was originally told that my wait time would be 45 minutes. And I was there 3 hrs. I purchased the rim and was told that it would be in the following day around 12:00 the next day and they made me an appointment for 2:00. When I came in at 2:00, the rim had not come in. They had to call and have the rim delivered. The rim came in at 3:00, they immediately pulled my vehicle in and put the rim on because I was raising *** in front of the other customers.
