I am dissatisfied with the fact that there is nowhere in the account features for a customer service number or in the account to cancel the account. VERY dissatisfied!!! I had to look up the business on line to FIND the phone number. This company is misleading in all aspects. I had an auto renewal and cannot find out how to cancel. BUYER BEWARE, you need to inspect carefully before you 'invest' in this type of service. The so-called matches were not in my interest and I attempted to erase all of my profile information but the site did not allow this and only offered a minimal 'erase/removal' of information. If I do not get satisfaction from calling them, I will contact BBB.
