Arvixe taken illegally 4 payments for the same invoice and after 1 month i don’ have answer from the billing support

i opened 3 tickets support the 5th of March and 10 chat support call. After 1 month i don’t have answer and the chat support continue to apologize and saying that my ticket is in priority status but nothing happened. It’s really a pathetic billing support. please don’t buy anything fom Arvixe. in summary i paid an invoice using paypal but Arvixe did 4 payments for the same invoice using my personal credit card instead give me the choice in paypal to choose my company credit card. Today is the 28 of march and i’m still waiting an answer from Arvixe billing support. The chat support is unusefull and pathetic. they continue to use the same words like soon, immediatly, i take note in ticket support, apologize, i understand but in summary is Pathetic and unusefull.
