My appointment was at 830am 5/25/19. At Altamonte Springs location. It is now 910am and he is just now getting the info off my vehicle and me initialing paperwork. I wouldn't be so pissed, but I have to sit here and wait on my vehicle. Im *** irate. I dont have time to sit here all day for this. I let Ed know ahead of time that I wait on my vehicle. They are usually on point, but now im screwed and have to waste my Saturday for who knows how long sitting here waiting, while other vehicles cut in front if my appointment. This is crazy
