APPLIANCE REPAIR RIPOFF

Repairman great, Office personnel terrible. timeframe unacceptable called on a monday, told them the model washer and what was the problem (leaking hose) scheduled appt for the folowing tuesday repairman great, but did not have the part (even though i told them a week ago what part to order), charged me 85$ for the apt, said he could not be out till next tuesday, next tuesday i got a call 03:00pm. said they have not received the part and could not be out till next tuesday. This would be 22 days since i made the initial call. I went on amazon and could order the part and get it OVERNITTED! I have taken two days off from work and have nothing to show for it.
