Appalling lack of urgency

Purchased a sofa set online from leroy merlin spain . It arrived at my home (I was away in the UK). When I returned and opened the boxes the cushions -the major deciding point for me, were missing . 4 weeks on and numerous phone calls from spain and emails from the UK (as you cannot call them from outside of spain) I have heard nothing about when they will be delivered . Every time I chase them , I receive a polite email saying they are looking into it , or that another department is now looking into it - but nothing of use . I have had a pointless sofa set in my house for a month now . Utterly unbelievable. Had a Similar challenge with another company over missing cushions , however they solved in in 3 days . Appalling service !!!
