APP not working and website as well

Tried to watch the ufc 257 PPV but would not work on either app, ps4 app, or even their website. Tried to reach customer service but line busy and no other options. User's recommendation: monthly fee for ESPN PLUS and PPV that cost around $80? not worth it.
