The gardeners accidently let my dog out. The CCSPCA chased him for over an hour in 100F, with the catch pole they threw him in the back of their car, he had trouble breathing, they didn't seek medical assistance, they stopped for a drink, and when they returned to their car he had passed away. Those are all their words. I miss my dog, Red. I beleive that they mistreat animals every day by withholding medical treatment, euthinizing adoptable pets, and all while lying to the public, who funds them.
