I have ordered from these people this is the third time about an ice machine parts the first time I got the parts the second time they refunded my order why I don't know now this third time they say on an email it is over 30 days it is not ,they wait until time is just about over t contact you ,.you cannot get them on the phone this place is crazy. I got the ice machine for a gift and fixed it two times already and still waiting for another part that they sent me that is cracked .
