AMICASSA SUPPORT SUCKS!

You guys should change your customer support team! This Amicassa group are not doing a good job responding to customer's request. They really really really should take seminars about good customer service! Delayed in query response ... NO Acknowledgement.. Long line up queues ... Name it, all the bad customer service experience! Ayala group of companies in general should really need to invest in their customer service so customer does not feel that they are being high jacked and no other choice but to wait at their supports mercy to get what customer's need. Take care of your branding! Or customers will move to Manny Villar!
