I am their loyal customer. It was the first bank I turned to when I was 18. And since that time I have been staying with them. I stayed with them even after moving to another city. Fortunately they have branches and ATMs everywhere. However I should say other banks seem to open much more branches. So there is some room for improvement. I visited more than a dozen different branches and every time the staff was polite and knowledgeable. They are always friendly and attentive and always strive to work quickly. It usually takes me about 15 minutes to get in and out. Certainly I avoid peak hours. Today I came to their branch 5 minutes before they should have closed. But they served me with a smile. And there were three more customers in line behind me and they served all of them as well if I got it right. In fact they had every right to ask us to come back tomorrow but they didn’t.
