This place is great when you are looking for money. But try to pay it off early and the charges are outrageous. I have worked with one good person at branch 2525 (Alexis) otherwise everyone else is pretty well useless. Their head office does not answer emails or phone calls. This I went to Carla at Alpine Credits. Much better experience and rates!!!! Even when I had paid off my loan, they kept sending me payment reminders. Cost me about $50 in stop payment fees because I was leery that they would try to take the payment. That is how much faith I have in this company
