All my family have accounts in this bank. We are their old clients. To be objective we never had any serious complaints except for discontent about rises in rates. But this month I had a pretty alarming experience. I ordered a new card and they sent it to the wrong address. It turned out that they had some glitch and their system changed my address in the database. They apologized, but now I am not so sure that their security system is reliable enough. What if there are other glitches? I am worried about my money.
