Customer BEWARE!!! SELECT HOME WARRANTY did NOT service or repair claims that I submitted. I had been a customer for nine months and submitted three claims. They did NOT service or repair either. On a ceiling fan, they depreciated the item and offered their idea of market value. They offered reimbursement of $45, which did not begin to minimally replace the fan and install. Our AC went out during the hottest months of the summer. SELECT HOME WARRANTY sent sub-par techs to service our AC. The service guy was late twice. After he left, SELECT HOME WARRANTY asked us to take pictures and submit a 3 year maintenance log. WHY did they not ask the service tech to take pictures?? Our unit was at least 20 years old, why would they want a service log? I provided the service log later. They offered $150 limit for the AC repair!! I am annoyed and disappointed, as I feel, SELECT HOME WARRANTY played, 'gotcha' to mitigate providing repair services to me, their once loyal customer. I have CANCELED my service agreement with them. Customer BEWARE!!!
