I received a call from an unknown number (I have 8 numbers for Noor in my mobile including collections) The lady asked if i knew a certain person which i did as its a work colleague, she then stated i am required to inform him that he has to pay an overdue credit card payment immediately. I politely told her i do not work for Noor bank therefore i will not pass on the message at which point she became quite arrogant in her speech. She stated it was my duty to do this at which point i asked her what my payment for doing this act for Noor bank will be. She said i HAD to do this as i was his reference when he opened an account?!?! I asked to speak to a supervisor and this is where is gets shocking.... The gentleman came on and immediately said 'Whats your problem? just tell him to pay today' I again said its not my job to chase unpaid accounts and i wont be partaking in his ineptitude to carry out his job, he then got angry and said 'I need to visit the doctor and clean my ears!' Obviously at this point it became a fun chat for me so i rambled on about payment for doing his work, do i get a cut of his salary etc. He then said i was a stupid man and a waste of his time, he didn't have time for me and disconnected the call. All this and the account does not even relate to me!!! If this is the level of customer services the i do not hold out much hope for working longevity, without its customers a company cannot exist!!
