I never got any response. I tried to add to an order I had placed 5 minutes ago to avoid shipping and I was denied. That is not a customer friendly rule. I requested my $11 shipping back. I had to order the other item from Amazon. Please consider good customer relations. User's recommendation: do not try and add to order no matter if it is within minutes of placing order.
