Actully Love their Merchandise, Terrible Customer Service

I've been a loyal customer for literal decades, but it's always been a pain to get my stuff shipped, frequently things are missing from orders, etc. But I deal with it. My last purchase first took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive (I had things come from Europe and Asia, ordered the same day, faster) and an item was missing. Send message through ebay, nothing, after a week open a dispute. They send delivery confirmation. Explain item is missing and I want it. Refunds my money and BLOCKS me from future purchases. I receive a variety of snotty, judgmental emails from them, assuring me they won't be changing this, so I leave negative feedback. Finally "supervisor" apologizes and gives me her number, call her, she does call me back---but is still refusing to remove the block, "because what if this happens again?"....That I buy a bunch of things from you, there's something missing and I dare to expect I'll get what I paid for? She is hugely judgmental, keeps trying to excuse if off other people, doesn't have her computer, has never felt worse after talking to a customer before, I'll get nowhere if I have this attitude with her company, etc. Guess what? I will, I'm posting about you and the rest is not my problem. It is NOT for you to tell me your opinion of me, either and I don't care how you feel.

If you are actual Representative of Victorian Trading you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
