Have tried many times to pay $33.16 overdue using familyhandyman.com/quickpay to no avail. Please provide a simple way to pay this bill using my visa credit card. I live overseas and cannot mail you a check or any other method. Only credit card. User's recommendation: Mail a check if you can.
