Account suspended, can’t talk to a human

I called the number provided but was bombarded with offers I did not want and could not stop them from talking about free services I could get. I only want to know why my account is suspended. Listened to all once, then they did not know about RushCard and gave me another to call. I still can't get to a live person to talk to. User's recommendation: Be careful of this company.
