Accessing account

I've written a couple of times trying to resolve the fact that I cannot access my account as the email attached no longer works. There seems to be no one to speak to? I would like to be contacted. User's recommendation: It is very difficult to reach someone if your email has changed. They have nothing on the website to reach live support.
