I have ordered 3 items and the money is deducted from my bank account but as per the snap deal website it reported that the money is not credited to their account. I have dialed customer care number and I got frustrated by listening all preloaded messages. It asks me to press numbers and the results is that there is no order associated with the phone number. I have never come across such a poor quality of customer care. The details of my transaction are as follows. Merchant Reference Number: 107******** Transaction Reference Number:203541**** Can I know when I'll get my refund ? User's recommendation: Do not call customer care number. You will be more frustrated and will not visit the snap deal again.
