About an order I placed and only got part of it.

I only received one sticker that I ordered from Hildegardgiftshop. The invoice came from a V-Dragon. I tried to contact seller and did a complaint form. Also called them but it had restriction on phone calls. I then received an email stating that order had been sent and closed. My order was not totally filled. Either I receive other sticker or reimburse me the money for it.
