Good day to you. My Name is Allan Dolores. I am a regular customer of WMALL Abenson outlet in Macapagal Avenue. On Sept 10 1843H I paid for an Iwata air cooler with a promise that I can pick it up after 3 days. Unfortunately as yet today Sept 18 the item is still not available despite a series of calls and follow ups. Please Help. My no is +[protected]
