A shoching Nissan customer service !!!!!

Dear Sir, First i would like to inttoduce my self my name is Dr.Yomna Said consultant of pediatric dentistry,Dar Alfoad hospital. I brought my nissan quash April 2018. Since first drive i noticed a ragging intermitted noise related to front left wheel of the car . 2 right weels suddenly got distored on the dangerous ring road on speend 70 km !!i contacted nissan service road who arrived 45 min later and carried the car to the nearest wheel service shop who made 5 inner sealing patches in order to restore tears after 10 days of purshasing my car. I contacted 5 times nissan auto service complaints as well visited nissan auto abu rawash in order to get an explaination regarding the wheels and unexplained noise they promised to get back to me but for a month they ignored all my calls additionally one of the employees who was in charge of my car in service abu rawash and who gave me his personal nb in order to followup my complaints ,rejected my calls and never get back to me. I am shocked that this is the after sale service of nissan and I hope i can find a serious respectable response suitable with such a big company Nissan Auto. Thank you Awaiting for your reply
