In Jan 2012 Marty A. Messer doing business as A& M Mini Storage Newport NC over charged my account over $ 300.00 . And when I called to complain his mother -in-law/ employee yelled at me and then hung up on me. After calling their office over 22 times with no luck, I had to hunt down the owner on facebook. I left an email asking him to return my call ASAP. He called me back only to yell and use profanity because I called his place of business over 22 times asking about my account. He then yelled that he wanted me to move my *** out his storage unit. I was in disbelief because at the time my family and I are stationed in Japan. And he knows that! So, I had to cancel my credit/debit card to keep Marty A. Messer from making any more fraudulent charges to my account. I was informed after canceling the card by my bank that A&M Mini Storage was still attempting to charge a canceled card. They are thieves and will get mad if you catch them in the act of stealing. I don't recommend that anyone do business with this company. Everyone should beware of this scam business.
