Dear CEO and Management, I do not appreciate the $ 7 dollar fee that has been taken out my account. The fees were suppose to be waived because of the Covid 19 plaque, I am not working laid of until I find new work. This is taking advantage of the customers, I already called and spoke with John and Melissa this morning. The circulation team is suppose to call me in 24 to 48 hours.
