8 weeks for delivery. Threats when package refused

I ordered a dress which was to arive 5 to10 business days from the order placed in march for my vacation April8. The dress never arrived. So I filed a complaint with my bank because popjulia had already taken my money. The dress finally camethis second week of may. I refused the delivery. Popjulia sent me an email offering me discounts but said the would not refund my money. The tone was threatening. My advice is DO NOT DO BUINESS WITH THI COMPANY.
