Mariano Hurtado came from this company to inspect a family members home. This guy is a total fraud. He made up things to fill the inspection report. He did not know basic things related to home inspection. What he wrote up as an "improper type of outlet" was actually the input connection to a backup generator. He submitted a long report filled with nonsense "findings" which made no sense to anyone versed in basic home construction knowledge. Please do not waste your time with this phony inspector and sham company.
