$5.00 E-Gift Cards
3
In compliance with Energizer's holiday promotion, I complied with the request to submit receipts online for a $5.00 e-card. In fact, I sent in two receipts, since I had over $30.00 worth of batteries. That was first in February 2019. I received an e-mail saying the information had been received. Two months later, I had not received the e-cards. I submitted the receipts again in April 2019. Again, I received an e-mail stating the receipts had been received. Now, it is October 2019 and I still have not received anything. I called Energizer Headquarters in Saint Louis, Missouri and after 25 minutes of the most frustrating automated response system I have experienced in quite a while, I got through to Customer Service. The staff directed me to Home Depot, because they were supposed to be able to assist me further. I called Home Depot Corporate Headquarters, who also could not help me, but they directed me back to the Home Depot I made the purchases from. I called that Home Depot and they could not help me either, but advised me to e-mail Energizer at holiday5@***.com. Wow! All this just for two $5.00 e-cards. Is it worth it? Probably not!
