I ordered a solar refrigerator and extended warranty. Over $1500. I used the financing option through synchrony bank. I received my credit card from the bank and the refrigerator has still not shipped. After emails and multiple calls I received a tracking number. The tracking shows my refrigerator going from New York to California? I live in Maryland! After calling the shipper (R&I) and Goedeckers for 3 days I'm told it has been redirected to Maryland. It has now been taken across the country, unloaded and loaded multiple unnecessary times and I have been waiting a rediculous amount of time. If it shows up damaged I will be going to jail. Will update when/if I ever receive the refrigerator. I should at the least be offered a discount.
