3 oil leaks on a 10000 mile car

i put my car in under warranty to have an oil leak fixed at thurlow nunn great yarmouth on 01/06/20 a week later i had no oil in my car. I then booked it in to thurlow nunn in beccles (where i bought it). They apparently fixed another leak and then charged me £135 even though my car was still under warranty. a few days later i checked my oil again to find a third of it gone. i then phoned citizens advice who told me i could reject the car as it wasn't fit for purpose but i had to contact where i bought it from about this. Ithen phoned thurlow in beccles where i got a very unpleasant sales man called terence lee who basically bullied,intimidated and beliitled me . apparently i had just got bored with my car as i had it for a year ,also all cars use oil and should i not allow them a third attempt at fixing my car and try to reject it that they had a large legal team at their disposal. i booked it in to an independant garage who fixed it for me for £60 and informed me that the oil filter had been incorrectly re fitted after the last oil leak had been fixed. they explained that to fix the last oil leak they would have had to remove the oil filter for access to the oil seal and had just refitted my old oil filter and seal causing another oil leak as the seal at least should have been changed. i have been complaining about this since the 18th of june customer care have lost my case once and since i re opened a new case on 01/07/20 customer complaints have basically ignored my many e-mails. so if your thinking of buying a new or used car from any vauxhall dealer i wouldn't bother as their aftercare is at best non existant and at worst downright rude User's recommendation: dont buy a vauxhall there aftercare is rubbish.
