I've called 4 times today trying to get my cameras and DVR fixed so far I've been hung up on 3 times total to beat all I've had this system for 4 yrs and had no problems with it the funny thing is when u call it ask if u want English Spanish and so on all 4 times today I've pushed one for ENGLISH and so far no ENGLISH speaking person have I been able to talk to I love the system but if I can't understand the person that answers the phone what good is it and so far NO one has called me back.aint that funny User's recommendation: If your expecting someone who speaks english go else where.
