I just walked out of Plato’s Closet on 2912 E Colonial Dr Orlando FL location at exactly 3:25 pm on 6/17/19. I arrived at 2:40 pm and stayed in the store the entire time to wait my turn only to watch Roman sort through by bag while not even looking at my stuff and just talking to the girl to him. The girl was the one who gave me my stuff back and when I asked her for his name she said it was Roman and asked if there was something wrong because she was one of the managers. Well this manager watched him not give any attention to my items only to ball them up and stuff them back in my bag to say no thank you. Interesting enough the two young ladies that took my stuff to begin with we’re talking to about him and the manager being in the back for long periods of time which they found odd because that they both supposed had a boyfriend and a girlfriend. This location is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. Not only was unnecessary time wasted by a manager and an employee spending an unnecessary amount of time in the back when two young ladies were trying to sort through my clothes but my clothes were handle with no regard or attention and stuffed back in my bag as of it was garbage yet the rules say specifically not to put in plastic bags of which I did not for it to be treated as such.
