2018 Macan Misfiring

My 2018 Macan Sport has been at the Porsche Fort Myers dealership for a week due to misfiring. Service Mgr says they can not figure out what is wrong with it! They have contacted Porsche to see what additional tests to run. I asked about a trade in, told me car is worth $37,000! It depreciated a $25,000 in 1 year!
