2 front closure black bras – never received

On 01/11/2020, I ordered 2 front closure black bras. It is 02/29/2020 and I have not received the order. Paid thru PayPal, transaction # LN192181304CN. disputed with PayPal, no word yet. I believe She Swish is a fraudulent company.
