I called Colemans and spoke to rep and was advised to send an email with the issue and pictures. Their response is below. They would not accept my review. I havent heard from anyone since at Colemans. They asked for another review. Its ridiculous! I explained everything in the review and 4 other consumers said the same thing about these cots. They are poorly made is what it all amounts to and Coleman could care less! User's recommendation: Do not purchase!
