In the first ten days of this service, I carefully claimed 5 leads after carefully picking through very minimal number of "Priority Leads' that would become available. Many of the Priority Leads (Blue Circles) for Buyers had addresses listed that they were interested in and I was able to research before accepting. So I would look them up on my MLS, RedFin, or even Zillow to try to track them down. The property addresses corresponded to properties that were either NOT FOR SALE or had already closed escrow in the past few months. So I skipped those ones. From the five Priority Leads I did accept, 2 of the "opportunities" had already closed escrow on home purchases during the past few months, 2 had no interest in purchasing or selling a home, and had never asked for information. One stated she was on the Do Not Call list and not only did she have no interest in Selling her home but she intended on "staying in it until my lights go out which won't be for another 20 or 30 years." The fifth lead was a wrong number, there was no one by that contact name there, and again had no clue why I would be reaching out to him about potential real estate transactions.
