I had no idea that using my credit card to send an Uber gift card would end up in a $10.00 cash advance fee from my credit card company! I chose to use a credit card because I didn't feel comfortable putting my bank info in the system. Sorry, but I won't be using Venmo anymore. User's recommendation: Read the terms and conditions for your credit card company!
