UPDATE: 3/12/16 I took the car out of Symes Cadillac 2 weeks ago and took it to another dealer and they were able to repair my vehicle without any hassle. I still can't believe all the trouble Pasadena Symes Cadillac gave me. You guys are ridiculous!!! Original Complaint: These guys are cruel and uncaring they have TERRIBLE customer service... My 2013 Cadillac ATS broke down on the way home took it in for repairs and recalls last year on 11/12/2015 after almost exactly 3 months on 2/11/2016 still no repairs. At first they wanted to charge me $1, 700 to take the engine apart and assemble it back together. I'M UNDER WARRANTY @ 13, 897 miles. I refused to sign any documents and when I requested those documents emailed they refused to do so. The shady service manager Joe to my surprise who is now fired just didn't care at all. He would have seen that car had a mechanical failure. So after 3 months the only option they leave me with after all the run around is to take the car to the original Cadillac dealer I leased it from. LESSON LEARNED: I wouldn't recommend this disreputable Cadillac business to anyone. I promise you will be lied to and torn apart from all the hassle. Get your car to another Cadillac dealer you will be glad you did.
