Zoosk blocked me from the site because they said that I was hacked. Their remedy was for me to subscribe under a new email address, which I did.

I was not happy subscribing a second time with no reimbursement. Fortunately, just recently, zoosk offered to reimburse me completely for the second subscription. So, the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. User’s recommendation: Zoosk stands behind their site and will work to resolve any problem that the subscriber encounters.

I cancelled the auto renewal on 5/23/21 and yet it was renewed yesterday on 6/27/21. Your customer service hours are terrible for those of us in the eastern half of the country. Why was I charged since I received an email on 5/23/21 confining my cancellation?
