request for cancellation and refund of one year plan. No phone support available and chat doesn’t help. Partial refund would be acceptable but I cant reach anyone.
I was on zoom for ten minutes one time. Got charged 89.99 and dont know how I got signed up for any charge whatsoever. And they are almost impossible to reach and no help. User’s recommendation: Keep a close eye on credit card charges!
