Horrible customer service, rewards are underpaid, very long delays in receiving rewards

I have 3 rescue dogs, all different sizes, when I need to use Revolution, I need to buy 3 different size packages for different weight dogs The cost comes to about $400 twice a year. Reward card has no value, no one accepts this useless card.

My card has $25 on it. It should have been $40 based on the information my vet provided. I can not find a place to accept it. I can not purchase what my dog need with it. User’s recommendation: Provide better service and going the customer what they are suppose to receive.
