I am complaining about the mobile operator Bite. At the moment I am in Latgale, I switched to Biti, because I promised good coverage not only in Melbourne, written in the contract. I am in Latgale, where I am on vacation and there is no network coverage. I contacted a xMobile representative and they confirmed that there is no network coverage in the respective Latgale village. I ask the xMobile representative to reduce the all-time service fee for the missed service. I received a written response for not reducing the fee. I'm confused!. After this case, I do not recommend choosing a xMobile operator, because you will have to pay for the missed service in the same way. After consultation, I have decided to write a complaint to the Consumer Protection Center to see who will meet.
