I would like to express an extremely negative opinion about the ophthalmologist (ophthalmologist) MARIJA SuNU. I had an acute eye problem, waking up in the morning, my eyes were swollen, itchy and teary. I called the reception to ask if it was possible to see a doctor without a queue, even for a fee, to see what had happened. At the reception, the girl said that the whole appointment is full, but to come in the same way, because there was no situation that the doctor does not take a class without an appointment. The doctor was very unpleasant because I was out of line, I had not signed up before, I repeated it several times and asked: "What do I think here that she has her own record and does not accept without a record". I told you what the receptionist told me. Got even more irritated, said then, to wait, but she does not know how long it could be. I waited 1. 5 h. When I came in, I was told to tell the situation, had to sit in a chair and present a check. I asked :: "What kind of check", she: "for the fact that you have paid", I said that I do not go to the doctor so often to know what the scheme is, which class is served... After all, there was inflammation in the eyes, the reason, from which, the doctor 's answer: "From da any". A very "professional" answer. I was so angry and humiliated all the time I was accepted, crying out of the office for such behavior. That is the answer to why I will no longer visit public medical institutions. I am very disappointed and I understand why other people, perhaps even with serious illnesses, do not visit doctors. I hope this is my first and last experience of this kind that I will definitely remember for a lifetime.
