Poor service, employee negligence
2017. On April 12, 2006, I received an invitation to come to the Australian Pasts branch at Slokas Street 60 to receive a parcel at my residence address. The invitation is retroactive to 13 March. I must say that this was the first and only invitation I had received from Australian pasts at that time. I waited diligently, because on March 5, I had ordered a product, for which I also paid in the online store. (Let me add that the online store had been tested a long time ago and proved countless times that the cooperation with it is excellent. ). On April 13 (the next day) I went to my post office at 60 Slokas Street to receive my shipment. At that point, I was already worried that I would not be asked for a large sum of money to detain the package. I immediately contacted the postal worker informing me that I had received the call a day ago, asking how I could receive the item. Realizing that exactly a month had passed, the employee went to look for the package, adding that it had probably already been sent back. After disappearing in search of the package, the employee actually returned empty-handed, saying that the package had already been sent back. I asked why I had received the invitation only now, who is the postman delivering the invitations, but I did not receive an answer - to talk to the boss. From this it can already be said that a person has encountered this n times. Did not even show any surprise, immediately sent to the boss. I have worked in customer service. Either she doesn't care about everything, or this situation is already standard in the Australian Post. So the question is, why did the call arrive at my address a month later? But more importantly, why didn't there be a repeated call? If there had been a repeated call, I would have gone straight to the post office! I know they are coming. Although I always go to the mail as soon as possible, I have seen repeated calls from my family members. Does the postman deliberately ignore such calls? Throw in the trash? If so, it's time for her to change jobs and have another postman come to our house! I don't live in a private house, I believe that the neighbors would be happy about it too! How does Australian Pasts respond in such cases? I understand that the product is not worth asking you for, but I just feel cheated. How can there be such disrespect for your work? It seems better to pay extra to be delivered by courier or to receive it at the parcel terminal, but this is not always the case.
