I am blocked at every turn from contacting YouTube

My comments blocked on YouTube. I went on YT chat (which was not human – despite appearances) which wanted to charge my CC to connect me to another chat line. Hope you’re confused. I canceled and I need a refund, I did the free trial and it charged me I canceled it but apparently it didn’t cancel

It was very helpful for me

They were able to answer my question or issue the very next day after sending it the email to them. They were helpful and honest. I was able to continue using my YouTube channel without any problems after that.
