Negative experiences with a private event in the VIP room
The Red Sun Buffet provides false information about hosting an event in their VIP room. First of all, at our request, a photo was sent to the e-mail about what the VIP room would look like, but actually put it in another room - a smaller, dark, low-cut, separated from the warehouses by dark curtains. Secondly, we were scheduled to perform in this room and therefore before that we specifically contacted the phone number indicated on the Internet (probably the owner Marek) to find out whether the bar's music would not interfere with short-term music in this so-called VIP room. On the part of the (probably owner) it was claimed that no, but in reality the music of the bar ruined the whole performance, plus also a very rude and arrogant attitude on the part of the owner,asking for help on the spot to help resolve the situation - as a result, the evening event was ruined. PS The snacks that were placed on the table did not correspond to the order that was sent in advance when booking this room, it is of course a trifle, but it indicates the careless attitude of the owner towards the customers.
