Poor service
I bought a Telstra phone, used it and it was fine until the phone started not performing its functions, the microphone did not work, I could not hear people on the other side of the handset, and problems started with camera. I took it to be repaired because there is still a warranty, promised that it would be repaired within two weeks, a month passed and finally I called and told me that the warranty would not cover the repair, because moisture damage was found. Kaaaa, if the tel had no water? To which I replied, it could be a mist. Repairs cost 290 dollars, of course that I refused. Where is it written or said that a telephone cannot be used in fog? Who needs a phone at all if you can't use it in the fog, talk on the phone! I have never heard any greater stupidity in my life! So dear people do not talk in fog. Interesting, and if the phone was moisture resistant, would I keep it dry for a long time?
